Cancellation Policy - 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel appointments.
Last minute rescheduling or cancellations are subject to a fee of 50% of the price of your treatment.
A confirmation text or email is sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments MUST be confirmed. Appointments that are rescheduled more than twice may be cancelled and blocked from further booking. 

Late Arrivals - Late arrivals may result in your appointment being rescheduled.
A fee of 50% of the price of your treatment will apply.

Guest Policy - In order to provide a quiet environment, guests are not allowed.
The only exception being the parent or guardian of a minor.
